is bankrupt, on behalf of all pledges/creditors we are working with the liquidation process and realization of the company’s assets.
All machinery and equipment can be viewed/inspected on the plant in Høyanger, Norway. An appointment needs to be made in advance. Høyanger is placed ca 50 km south-east for the city, Førde. The closest airport to the factory-plant is Førde Airport (FDE), a 45 minutes flight from Oslo (capital of Norway). We can arrange transport from Førde Airport to the plant and back, if needed.
The machines and equipment are sold continuously. The sales-prospectus will be updated continuously with the progress made. When we receive a satisfactory offer, this offer will be presented to our principals for acceptation/refusal. The invoice will be issued from the relevant pledges/creditors.
Payment conditions: Netto cash, after the offer has been accepted.
The machines and equipment are sold in the condition they are during inspection/viewing. All items (machines and equipment) are sold ”as is” with no guarantee or right to claim.
The buyer is responsible for dismounting/disassemblement, transportation and insurance/assurement of the machinery/equipment after the offer is accepted by the seller.
It is not allowed to move or dismount any equipment or machinery before full payment is received.
All dismounting of machines and equipment have to follow health and safety regulations, and general Norwegian law. Electrical and pressured air couplings etc. shall be disconnected from the closest connection point.
Our team and the sellers have full reservation for any errors/mistakes in denomination, spelling or name in the sales prospectus.

The preprosessing plant was bought from Alumetall in 1995, but was originally delivered by Eisenmann to Alumetall in 1990. When Fundo Wheels bought the plant in 1995, much of the plant was rearmed and renovated. Fundo Wheels have changed the pre-processing-process when they stopped from using yellow-chromatication to chrome-free pre-processing in 2004/2005. The technical attachment is from the process of yellow-chromatication, but the equipment in the plant is the same. In addition to the ’standard’ equipment is an automatic proportioning of chemicals when the plant was changed in 2004/2005.
