is bankrupt, on behalf of all creditors/liquidator trustee, we are working with the liquidation process and realization of the company’s assets.
All machinery and equipment can be viewed/inspected on the plant in Årdalstangen, Norway. An appointment needs to be made in advance. Årdalstangen is placed ca 52 km east of the city, Sogndal. The closest airport to the factory-plant is Sogndal Airport: Haukåsen (SOG), a 45 minutes flight from Oslo (capital of Norway). We can arrange transport from Sogndal Airport to the plant and back, if needed.
All equipment and machinery are purchased in the period of 2007 and 2008. The factory started production medio 2007.
More information, contracts, and technical spesifications on the respective productionlines can be provided upon requests.
The distance between Oslo - Årdalstangen is 300 km and takes approx 4 hours of driving (depending on the driving conditions over the mountain).
We are primarily focusing on selling the whole factory (all equipment and machinery) to one buyer. But we will assess offers on the different production, surface treatment and mounting- and packaging line. Our aim is to sell all machinery and equipment by medio of Febuary 2012.
Payment conditions: Bank guarantee or netto cash, after the offer has been accepted. 20% after the contract is signed and the remaining 80 % of finance before dismantling of the equipment/machinery starts.
The machines and equipment are sold in the condition they are during inspection/viewing. All items (machines and equipment) are sold ”as is” with no guarantee or right to claim.
The buyer is responsible for dismounting/disassemblement, transportation and insurance/assurement of the machinery/equipment after the offer is accepted by the seller.
It is not allowed to move or dismount any equipment or machinery before full payment is received.
All dismounting of machines and equipment have to follow health and safety regulations, and general Norwegian law. Electrical and pressured air couplings etc. shall be disconnected from the closest connection point.
Our team and the sellers have full reservation for any errors/mistakes in denomination, spelling or name in the sales prospectus.
If a buyer needs help with dismounting/transport/packaging of machinery/equipment, we are able to assist in this process, for the buyers cost and risk.
The estate of bankruptcy has the right to refuse offers/bids made – without providing any particular grounds for the refusal.
